The Idreesia flag and idreesia.com domain belong to Silsila Idreesia. Our official address is 381 A Shah Rukn-e-Alam Colony, Multan, Pakistan. The Idreesia flag must not be used to create unauthorised notices, documents or letterheads.
Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined here.
The information used depends on the features you choose. When you create an account or sign in, we process your account identifier, name, email address and, where supplied by your sign-in provider, profile photo to authenticate you and manage your profile. Saved preferences, likes, playlists and download information may synchronize with your account. Information you submit through website forms is used to provide the service you request.
With your permission, the app accesses your approximate or precise device location to show nearby Idreesia Islamic centres and Mahafil across different cities and countries, calculate distances and show your position on the map. Location is also used for Qibla direction and prayer times. You can browse the centre directory without granting location access, but features that depend on your position may be unavailable.
If you enable optional Nearby Mahafil alerts and grant background location permission, the app also accesses location when it is closed or not in use to detect entry into an area near an Islamic centre and send you a local notification. Nearby-alert location processing and region monitoring take place on your device; this feature does not upload your device coordinates to our servers. The centre directory, alert state and settings are stored locally. For signed-in users, the on/off alert preference may synchronize with their account, without including their coordinates.
The mobile app uses Firebase services for authentication, account data, push notifications and crash reporting. Push notifications use a device registration token and device/platform information. Crash reports may contain technical details about your device, app and errors, helping us diagnose problems. Location used by other services is explained under Links to Other Sites below.
Local settings and cached data remain on your device until you change or clear them, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Account information and synchronized preferences are stored with our service providers to support your account. Technical service records are also subject to those providers' retention practices. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact details below.
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our website uses session cookies to support sign-in and site functionality. Embedded third-party tools, including analytics code, may also use cookies and process technical usage information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited.

We use third-party service providers for the following purposes:
With the required device permission, you may receive notifications about new content and updates, scheduled prayer or Wazaif reminders, and optional Nearby Mahafil alerts. Nearby Mahafil alerts are off until you enable them. Alerts while the app is closed require precise and background location permission (All the time on Android or Always on iOS), as well as notification permission. Delivery also depends on location services and your device's operating-system restrictions. These nearby alerts are not used for advertising.
You can disable Nearby Mahafil alerts using the app's bell/alert controls, and change or revoke location and notification permissions in your phone settings at any time. Without background location access, nearby entry alerts can operate only while the app is open with the required permissions. Revoking location access does not remove prayer coordinates you previously saved; you can change or clear those settings separately.
We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The app links to our website and external services for functions such as sign-in, maps, directions and prayer times. To retrieve prayer times, the app sends your selected coordinates, date and calculation settings to the Aladhan prayer-time service. Prayer settings are stored on your device, and Qibla direction is calculated locally. When you browse the map, OpenStreetMap receives requests for map tiles covering the area shown and ordinary network information such as your IP address; these requests can indicate the area you are viewing.
Directions opens a centre's map link in an external mapping service. Share lets you send the centre's address and map link to an app or person you choose. These actions are initiated by you and are subject to the receiving service's privacy practices.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and address the request.
